We would prefer as much notice as possible, however you can cancel your inflatable hire the day before without charge. The only time we would impose a cancelation charge is if we arrive at your door and are ready to set the inflatable up. The cancelation charge is a 50% of the total hire cost.
No, when you book we only charge one hire fee. There are no other charges, for example, their is no delivery and collection charge, set up charge etc.
You hire our inflatables for either day time events and delivery will be before noon and collection is from 6pm onwards. For an evening event the delivery will be between 6pm and 7pm and collection will be anytime before noon the following day. Alternatively, you can keep the castle overnight for an additional £20.00.You can request to be the first drop or last collection, however due to our pre planned route, we cannot guarantee this or guarantee a time. We can only guarantee a time if you book on behalf of an organistion and it is for a pre-planned event. For example, fete etc.
99% of the time the customer is in and set up can take place as usual. If we do arrive and no one answers the door we will attempt to contact you on the numbers provided. If this fails, then we will leave a message through the door and proceed with the next delivery. If you call us back, we may consider attempting to re-deliver, but this is at the descretion of the company and we can not guarantee this is possible due to other delivery commitmentent.
Yes you can. We charge an additional £20.00 and as long as the inflatable is in a secure area then we would be happy to leave it overnight.

Yes, but please let us know when you book whether the inflatable is to go on a hard surface or grass as we will need to bring either sand bags (to stop the castle moving on slabs) or stakes for grassy areas.
No, we will not deliver our inflatables on to muddy areas or large areas with out grass. The castles get dirty! We accept that parts of the castle may need to go onto boarders etc, and this is fine as long as it is only a smaller percentage of the overall 'footprint' of the inflatable.
Please ensure that the access to the site is free from any obstacles. For example Bikes, toys, prams, lawn movers, dustbins etc. Particularly, If we have to take the castle through a side entry or garage.When we arrive, we will ask you to sign our terms and conditions and ask for the money, so please have a pen ready and the exact hire fee in cash.

It is very common for us to do so and we have never had to leave without being able to deliver your inflatable. However we may not be able deliver either the Giraffe castle or Large Obstacle Course due to their size.
Yes, most our castles come with covers but please refer back into our hire section for specifics.
As the name suggests it is only a shower cover and as such will only protect the children and castle against light showers. They do not protect the children from getting wet from prolonged and heavy rain.
We use a fan or 'blower' which keeps the castle bouncy. They must be keep running whilst the children are using the inflatable. The fans use very little power and as a guide may only cost you £5.00 worth of electric all day.
We do have public liability insurance up to and including the age of 16.
No, we only accept cash on delivery or a cheque from a valid organisation or business.
Generally, we do not have a problem with fitting our castles inside, however certain inflatables can be too tall to fit. The only potential problem inflatables are the Giraffe castle, bees combi and large obstacle course. Please note it is your responsibility to ensure they will fit by checking the height of the room against the height of the castle. Sometimes pubs and social clubs can have low ceiling so please check with the venue first before booking.
Generally, we need a minimum of 2ft around the perimeter. This allows us access to the sides of the castle for the stakes/sandbags and access to the rear for the fan. So for example, if you are hiring a 15ft x 15ft castle then we will be at least 19ft x 19ft all the way around .
This depends on the size of the castle and the age of the children. It is simply a case of using your own common sense when supervising the castle to ensure not too many children are on the inflatable at any one time.

Yes they can.
We recommend booking as soon as you have a date. We get booked for bank holiday weekends far in advance, so please book early to avoid disappointment. We do carry a lot of stock, so if you have a last minute party and you want a castle, then please give us a call.

Generally no.
We will have loaded for the morning and will have left for the day. We do get calls from customers that have been let down by other bouncy castle companies in which case we will try and help, but we can not guarantee to if we are fully booked. If you need a castle for the evening, then we may well be able to arrange this.
No, we only ever deliver and collect them ourselves. Our drivers are trained and our insurance stipulates that we must be responsible for this.
No. We simply ask that you pay in full when we install the equipment.
